Artifact Events has a list of preferred caterers. Use of one of these caterers is required. Should you need assistance, the Production office is happy to make recommendations for you.
Artifact Events is the only entity allowed to provide alcohol for all events held within the premises. If beverage or bar service is needed for your event, Artifact Events, LLC will have the exclusive right to provide those services. We will provide you with a list of our bar packages and pricing.
Artifact Events requires a bar minimum bar expense of $5,000 for Saturday evening rentals only.
Artifact Events provides security for all events. One security guard is required per 250 guests.
Artifcat Events provides Bartenders for all events. One Bartender per 50 guests.
Artifacts Events provides Bar-Backs for all events. One Barback per 250 guests.
Artifact Events will then determine the level of security needed and the staff accordingly.
